Let's talk about THE10XBROKER and see if it's right for you.

First, I have three super simple rules:

Let's dive in...

Our goal is to build your mortgage business to $50k profit a month, working 30 hours a week, taking 8 weeks holiday a year... in the next 1-3 years. Your goals may be different, but this is a good baseline. Consider this Level 1.

To achieve this you need to operate a mortgage business writing around $100m in settlements a year, with a small team of A-players following A-grade systems, including a solid client care program, and a core lead generation system that brings in ideal clients every day.

Sounds easy... on paper.

You might be able to achieve this on your own, but it'll take years of trial and error, ups and downs, mistakes, stress and uncertainty. And still, you might (as most do) never get there.

Better idea... you follow a clear, proven path, and get the right support to implement and stay on track.

In THE10XBROKER (10X), we'll help you apply our Core Strategy Models, and install the Core Business Systems that put you confidently in the drivers seat of your business and future.

Building a successful business is an on-going process we’ll be working on together. The time and order to complete varies depending on the individual, starting point, desired end point, and a number of other factors.

NEW IN 2026 - we are building and releasing custom AI Tools to assist with building out the above systems as per our resources and best practice. Think of this like ChatGPT, that has consumed ALL my content and expertise, has been trained to build things for you... and can produce outputs in minutes. Super exciting.

How We Work Together.

There are only 24 places available in 10X, so we'll understand you and your business intimately.

You’ll be working directly with me (James Veigli) as your Strategy Adviser and Kylie-Ann Kobelt as your Business Coach. Together we will show you exactly what to do (and what not to do), how to do it and in what order… taking the uncertainty and guesswork out… so you can focus on getting things done and results on the board.

The first thing you'll do, is complete our custom BIG CSM Discovery along with a Core Four Profile. This will provide us with an essential snapshot of your business (including its problems and oppotunities) and a deep understanding of you personally (many business owners don't realise they are the blockage to growth).

Next, I’ll meet with you live on zoom for your first Game Plan. We'll deep dive and diagnose problems, set goals and map out your priorities for the first 90-days. This is bespoke to your business, no cookie-cutters in sight. We'll meet like this every quarter, reviewing your progress and numbers, challenges and opportunities, and I’ll set the key projects and criteria to focus on for maximum impact.  

You’ll have access to my 20-years experience as a mortgage broker, creator of a multi-million dollar revenue business (with 20+ staff that ran without me at ~25% profit margin), and strategic adviser to thousands of brokers across several countries… many who have achieved 10X results and/or multi-million dollar exits… using my advice, frameworks and support.

That's the planning and advice piece, now here's how the coaching supports that...

Every month you’ll meet live on zoom with your dedicated Business Coach, Kylie-Ann Kolbelt. These are your Momentum Sessions; where we’ll help break down your Game Plan into specific projects, with action steps and implementation resources. During these sessions; we’ll be analysing your numbers and progress, diagnosing and problem solving, and holding you accountable to a higher standard through Precision Coaching. You'll leave sessions super clear and focused. You'll also have access to private Support Calls with Kylie-Ann during the month as required.

Every week, you will have access to our live on zoom BIG Advice session. This is an open forum to get detailed advice and specific help from me, Kylie-Ann and other members as you implement and grow, ensuring you maintain momentum and progress. This session is optional; some members attend only when they need something, others come every week to learn and gain a boost of momentum.

In addition to the above, as you take action and implement, you will have questions and want your work reviewed to make sure you’re on the right track. You’ll have Email Access for updates, private questions, and to ask for Critiques… where we’ll provide direct feedback via video to help you improve and maximise your results.

That covers the ongoing coaching and support, but you'll also need the resources and community. Here's how that works...

What this isn't...

• A set training program or set of modules that require endless hours of training sessions and coaching calls.
• A done-for-you service where we'll come into your business and review or build things for you.
• A babysitting or spoon-feeding program, where we do all the thinking and you just show up.
• A magic pill that will save a failing business or incompetent mortgage broker.
• An obnoxious boys-only club filled with ego's, arrogance and attitudes.

Key Commitments.

Due to the very limited number of places available (max 24), we want to make sure we have the right people working with us... who will take action and be a valuable member of the group.

You must:

• Be committed to working on your business for the long term. While clarity and quick wins will happen, our data shows the biggest transformations and results happen over 1-3 years, not 1-3 months.
• Prioritise working with us and on your business. We are building your business and future asset, not just working as a broker, so you will show up and make progress no matter how busy it gets with clients.
• Be willing to share and collaborate with the group if asked. Don’t worry we’re not talking about open access to all your IP. Our members know when you give a little, you’ll receive ten fold in return.

Q) How much time do I need to dedicate to this?

We do not block you up with endless sessions, this is not a training program with set modules. Those are a waste of your time and not what you need.

You will meet with me once a quarter for an hour. You meet with your coach once a month for an hour. You will set aside an hour each week to join BIG Advice to discuss your project progress with me. Outside of this, the more time you set aside to working on your business and projects, the faster you'll go towards your goals. Some members dedicate an hour or two per day, others set aside a full day each week.

If you are currently under the pump and don't think you have any time... we can fix this... because it's your priorities that are out of whack and you've allowed others to dictate your time and life. So, in the first 30-days we will be implementing our Time Saver projects that will free up hours of your time every week and get you back in control.

Financial Investment.

The investment for 10X is $2,500 per month in AUD including GST.

NOTE: The investment is increasing to $3,000 per month from 1st January 2026. If you submit an Expression Of Interest and pay the deposit by 19th December 2025, you will secure the lower rate until the end of 2026.

This is a month-to-month agreement. Most members work with us for 1 to 3+ years as they continue to grow and maximise their ROI.

For businesses located outside Australia, we will charge the same rate in AUD exclusive of GST.

Expected Results.

What we do works, but it only works if you work it!

The expected results are anything from zero to hero. We cannot guarantee or promise anything, because taking action and doing the work is up to you. Every member has a different level of work ethic, aptitude, circumstance and so on.

We have worked with hundreds of broker businesses across Australia and New Zealand (and also the United States and Canada, but we no longer support those markets).

The ones who achieve zero... don't follow our advice, don't do the work, and get caught up in the noise of writing loans and busyness. They don't show up, expect things to be easy and get frustrated when results don't happen overnight. Their lack of results is 100% their fault. This doesn't happen often as we do our best to filter out people who are lazy or expecting a magic pill.

The ones who become hero's... keep it simple and do what we say, they think like a business owner and dedicate time to implement the projects (properly!), they show up and ask questions, they play the long game. They are consistent and persistent, during the ups and downs, and their results build and build over time. Some double or triple their business in a matter of months, others hold their numbers steady but get their time and life back, and some are a slower burn where significant results show after 12-18 months.

We have dozens of case studies, some of which are published on our Success page. You'll see instances of 2-10x growth, some selling for millions, others enjoying their first real holiday in years. They are proof that what we do, is legit. I invite you to watch some of these, but please do not start calling them - they have given their time to share their experience with you on video... it's not their job to answer your questions about working with us. If you need them to convince you, you're looking in the wrong place. You need to convince and commit to yourself that you will do what it takes to get the results you want.

Application Criteria.

We work with a maximum of 24 members. We are looking for the right people to work with and you must meet the following five criteria:

• Experienced mortgage broker. You will be confident in the mechanics of loan writing. You can talk the talk and win clients and partners with your experience and/or personality.
• Business owner and decision maker. You can be an independent, branded or franchise. We don’t care which aggregator you are with. We work with solo owners as well as business partners.
• Writing volume and in demand. We don’t care if your volume is lumpy, but you need a solid baseline. This program is for business growth, we are not looking for start-up brokers or those who need a miracle.
• Financially ready and prepared. You can make the monthly investment without breaking the bank, and are willing to invest further in your business. You will be required to share your numbers with us monthly.
• Open, coachable and cool. You must be open to having honest conversations and receiving direct feedback. You must be coachable and will follow directions. You must be cool… i.e friendly, non-judgemental, team player.

Expression Of Interest.

Before submitting an EOI you must meet the following conditions:

• You have watched the video and read this page in full. Believe me, I'll know!
• You agree to the Key Commitments.
• You can afford the Financial Investment.
• You meet all five Application Criteria.
• You are serious about joining and ready to take action.

If you are a "Yes" to all five items above, then express interest below. You need to complete the form and pay the deposit, then my team will contact you to book an online meeting with me to confirm we are a good fit.

If we are not a good fit, I'll wish you all the best and your deposit will be refunded immediately.

If we are a fit and proceed to on-boarding, your deposit will become your first months payment.
