Where you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, case study, endorsement or similar feedback for publication or promotional purposes, we may use that content in connection with the marketing and promotion of our Services. If you later wish to withdraw a testimonial, you may contact us in writing and we will take reasonable steps to cease using the testimonial in future marketing and promotional materials within a reasonable timeframe. 

We do not sell personal information.

Where sessions are conducted via video or online meeting platforms (such as Zoom), participants will receive an automated recording notification.

For other recorded interactions, we will take reasonable steps to notify participants before recording commences.

Recordings, transcripts, summaries and related communications may be accessible to authorised team members, contractors, service providers, technology platforms and AI-assisted systems used in our operations and service delivery.

7. SHARING INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to:
