Building a successful business is an on-going process we’ll be working on together. The time and order to complete everything varies depending on starting point, desired end point, and a number of other factors.

You’ll be working directly with me (James Veigli) as your Strategy Adviser and Kylie-Ann Kobelt as your Business Coach. Together we will show you exactly what to do (and what not to do), how to do it and in what order… taking the uncertainty and guesswork out… so you can focus on getting things done.
Every quarter, I’ll meet with you on zoom to map out your Game Plan for the next 90-days, based on defined goals. We’ll review your progress and numbers, challenges and opportunities, and I’ll set the key projects and criteria to focus on for maximum impact. This is bespoke to your individual business.
You’ll have access to my 20-years experience as a mortgage broker, creator of a multi-million dollar revenue business (that ran without me at ~25% profit margin), trainer and strategic adviser to thousands of brokers across several countries… many who have achieved 10X results and/or multi-million dollar exits… using my advice, frameworks and support.
Twice a month you’ll meet on zoom with your dedicated Business Coach, Kylie-Ann Kolbelt. The first is your Momentum Session; where we’ll break down your Game Plan into specific projects, with action steps and links to implementation resources. The second is your Support Call; where we’ll check in at half-time and make sure you’re on track. During these sessions; we’ll be analysing your numbers and progress, diagnosing and problem solving, and holding you accountable to a higher standard. We will ensure you are always super clear about what to do and how to do it.
Immediately, we’ll grant you full access to the BIG Vault; with every resource, training, framework, template, spreadsheet and more you’ll need to implement your Game Plan and grow smarter as a business owner. We will direct you to key resources as you need them, to avoid information overload. There is nothing in the industry that comes close to this, built specifically for mortgage brokers who want to become successful business owners.
Every week, on Wednesday at 11:00am Melbourne time, you will have access to our live BIG Advice session with me, your coach and other members. This is an open forum to get detailed advice and specific help as you implement your Game Plan, ensuring you maintain momentum and progress. This session is optional; some members attend only when they need something, others come every week to learn and gain a boost of momentum.
As you take action and implement your Game Plan projects, you may have questions or want your work reviewed to make sure you’re on the right track. We might also ask to see your work or need you to share important information to make smarter decisions together. You’ll have direct Email Access to us for updates, private questions, and to ask for Critiques… where we’ll provide direct no-fluff feedback via video to help you improve and maximise your results.
We’ll add you to the BIG Community; our exclusive member-only Facebook Group of like-minded broker business owners. We facilitate and are active in this intimate community, where you can start discussions, ask for feedback and collaborate with other members. Many have become friends, share, meet-up, do deals and collaborate privately.

In 10X you will get all the strategic advice and support you need through the Member Experience outlined above. This is the same structure we have used for years to generate dozens of member success stories.
But we know some members want extended help. If you would like additional and direct expertise on a specific project, and have me do the work with you live, then Consulting Hours are available (subject to availability).
Member Rates in AUD inc GST (I do not offer consulting hours to non-members):
1-Hour (Zoom) $3300; 3-Hours (Zoom) $6600; 1-Day (In Person) $11000
Hours must be used as exact blocks above. I will only offer consulting hours on projects I am confident I can provide extreme value. The 1-Day (In Person) rate is at my location only.
Consulting hours are completely optional and not required to generate results and success in your business. In 10X you’ll get my strategic advice and direct feedback. During consulting hours, you’ll have me alongside doing the work with and for you.
