To achieve this you need the four Core Strategy Models that put you confidently in the drivers seat of your business and future. In priority order as required, we’ll help you setup and get clear on your:

• Lifestyle Model: including your income, time, and value creation requirements and goals… so we can design a business that achieves these in the easiest and fastest way possible.
• Business Model: including your profitability and targets, now and into the future, plus cashflow forecasting and tracking of core metrics for growth… so you have a clear finger on the pulse of your business and money at all times.
• Marketing Model: including your key lead generation methods and referral sources identified… so you know exactly where and how you will bring in new business and hit your numbers month after month.
• Delivery Model: including your team structure, roles and responsibilities, remuneration and incentives for key staff… so you know exactly who to hire, when to hire them, and how much to pay to attract and retain A-players.

In addition, in priority order for your business, we’ll be working on installing the seven core Business Systems that will maximise efficiency, profit, value, and result in a true business that works with or without you.

• Expert Authority System: to differentiate your business and attract the right core clients, key partners and quality referrals… who are the most enjoyable and most profitable to work with.
• Lead Flow System: including the marketing and key partner tactics which will drive a consistent volume of new business each week… that you are in control of and hits your goal numbers.
• Sales Conversion System: including our Triage and Strategy session frameworks, with optional fee for service and diversification offers… to win business and ensure you get paid for your work.
• Loan Process System: to map out, standardise and allocate all loan writing tasks across your team; maximising technology, templates and automations… for efficient one-touch workflow.
• Client Care System: setting up your ideal client experience with a clear communication and review cadence… to protect trail, avoid clawbacks, increase referrals and keep clients for life.
• Team Management System: including hiring, on-boarding and performance management, running meetings and collaborating effectively… to build an A-player team that runs like clockwork.
• Business Leadership System: to show up as an effective leader; defining, creating and fostering a culture and clear purpose that encourages staff to treat your business like their own.

Building a successful business is an on-going process we’ll be working on together. The time and order to complete everything varies depending on starting point, desired end point, and a number of other factors.

Member Experience.

You’ll be working directly with me, James Veigli, as your Strategy Adviser and Business Coach. I will be your mentor, sounding board and guide. We’ll have a closer, more frequent and direct relationship, allowing me to understand your business at a much deeper level.

You’ll have access to my 20-years experience as a mortgage broker, creator of a multi-million dollar revenue business (that ran without me at 25% profit margin), trainer and strategic adviser to thousands of brokers across several countries… many who have achieved 10X results and/or multi-million dollar exits… using my advice, frameworks and support.

I’ll help you navigate the complexities of a fast growing, dynamic, multi-faceted business. I’ll challenge your ideas and thinking. I’ll help you see around corners. I’ll show you exactly what to do (and what not to do), how to do it and in what order… taking the uncertainty and guesswork out… so you can focus on driving things forward at a rapid pace.

Every month, I’ll meet with you on zoom to map out your Game Plan for the next 30-days, based on defined goals. We’ll review your progress and numbers, challenges and opportunities, and I’ll set key projects and criteria to focus on for maximum impact. This is bespoke to your individual business.

In between monthly Game Plan meetings, you’ll have direct access to book private 20-minute Strategy Calls with me, as required, via zoom. I will have times available every week (except weeks I’m on holidays) exclusively on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 11:00am and 12:00pm Melbourne time.

One of the key things we’ll focus on is running a business without emergencies. We’ll focus on the important and not the urgent. While you are getting extended and direct access to me, with responses usually within a day (and often within hours), plus ability to book private calls (according to my strict availability) at short notice, this is not an “on call” relationship to help put out fires… and you shouldn’t need it either.

As you take action and implement your Game Plan projects, you may have questions or want your work reviewed to make sure you’re on the right track. I might also ask to see your work or need you to share important information to make smarter decisions together. You’ll have direct Email Access to me for updates, private questions, and to ask for Critiques… where I’ll provide direct no-fluff feedback via video to help you improve and maximise your results.

Immediately, we’ll grant you full access to the BIG Vault; with every resource, training, framework, template, spreadsheet and more you’ll need to implement your Game Plan and grow smarter as a business owner. We will direct you to key resources as you need them, to avoid information overload. There is nothing in the industry that comes close to this, built specifically for mortgage brokers who want to become successful business owners.

Every week, on Wednesday at 11:00am Melbourne time, you will have access to our live BIG Advice session with me and other members. This is an open forum to get detailed advice and specific help as you implement your Game Plan, ensuring you maintain momentum and progress. In 10X PLUS you have private access to me every week (via Strategy Calls) but can also attend these group calls if preferred.

We’ll add you to the BIG Community; our exclusive member-only Facebook Group of like-minded broker business owners. We facilitate and are active in this intimate community, where you can start discussions, ask for feedback and collaborate with other members. Many have become friends, share, meet-up, do deals and collaborate privately.

Finally, we’ll get together live in person at BIG Events to learn, share, laugh and celebrate. These are highly recommended to attend. The biggest insights and breakthroughs, the best connections and collaborations happen here. Our events are not the biggest and brassiest, but our members tell us they are without doubt… the best in the industry.

While BIG Events are included as part of 10X, any travel, accommodation and incidental expenses are yours to arrange and pay for.

Key Commitments.

Due to the very limited number of places available, I’m looking for very specific people to work with in 10X PLUS.

You must:

• Be committed to working with me until the end of 2025. This is an expectation, not a contract, we understand exceptional circumstances may arise.
• Prioritise working with me and on your business. I’ll be helping you build your future asset, not just seeing clients and working as a broker.
• Be willing to share with the group if asked. Don’t worry we’re not talking about open access to all your IP. If you give a little, you’ll receive ten fold.

Financial Investment.

The investment for 10X PLUS is $4000 per month in AUD including GST.

This price is locked in for the remainder of 2025.

For businesses located outside Australia, we will charge the same rate in AUD exclusive of GST.

Optional Extras.

In 10X PLUS you will get all the strategic advice and support you need through the Member Experience outlined above. This is the same structure we have used for years to generate dozens of member success stories.

But we know some members want extended help. If you would like additional and direct expertise on a specific project, and have me do the work with you live, then Consulting Hours are available (subject to availability).

Member Rates in AUD inc GST (I do not offer consulting hours to non-members):

1-Hour (Zoom) $3300; 3-Hours (Zoom) $6600; 1-Day (In Person) $11000

Hours must be used as exact blocks above. I will only offer consulting hours on projects I am confident I can provide extreme value. The 1-Day (In Person) rate is at my location only.

Consulting hours are completely optional and not required to generate results and success in your business. In 10X PLUS you’ll get my strategic advice and direct feedback. During consulting hours, you’ll have me alongside doing the work with and for you.

Application Criteria.

I am only accepting a maximum of 4 members for 2025. At a minimum, you must meet the following criteria:

• Ambitious, determined, proactive and proven self-starter. You will not need coaching and accountability. You will not need me to hold your hand and spell everything out for you. But you will thrive on the high-level strategic discussions, detailed insights, and challenge of going outside your comfort zone to create a truly game changing business and life.
• Experienced mortgage broker. You will be confident in the mechanics of loan writing and know how to put together a deal like the back of your hand. You can talk the talk and win clients and partners with your experience and/or personality.
• Business owner and decision maker. You can be an independent, branded or franchise. We don’t care which aggregator you are with. We work with solo owners as well as business partners.
• Writing volume and in demand. We don’t care if your volume is lumpy, but you need a solid baseline. This program is for business growth, we are not looking to save brokers who can’t generate enough business.
• Financially ready and prepared. You can make the monthly investment to work in 10X for the rest of 2025 and are willing to invest further in your business, such as hiring staff. You will be required to share your numbers with us monthly.
• Open, coachable and cool. You must be open to having completely honest conversations and receiving direct feedback. You must be coachable and will follow directions. You must be cool… i.e friendly, non-judgemental and sociable.

As part of our assessment process, we may reach out to you for a short interview. We will assess and notify all applicants of our decision by Friday 31st January, 2025. The start date for new members (and transition for existing members) will take place during February and March.
